The Treadwell family company is the only authorised user of the mark DRIFTERS in the world.

Any and all enquiries for bookings, recordings and any other uses of the name should be addressed to Prism Music Group, PO Box 347, Market Drayton, Shropshire, TF9 4ZP. A copy of the Trademark certificate can be viewed here.

PUBLIC NOTICE

We are sorry to have to place this announcement on our website but as the only legitimate Drifters line up in the world run by the Treadwell family we are persistently receiving enquiries from both the public, agents, press and the music industry etc about other groups who claim to be The Drifters as well as complaints about inferior performances.

We therefore wish to clarify that The Drifters are solely managed by Prism Music Group Ltd and any other group that claims to be The Drifters are performing illegally. Neither are we connected with Ray Lewis Drifters, Charlie Thomas, Roy Hemmings Drifters, Richy/Ricardo/Ricky Sampson’s Drifters. They DO NOT represent The Drifters in any way.

The Treadwell family has always associated itself with a high standard of performance and audience satisfaction. With over 60 members in 56 years, quality has been our main concern in all aspects with stage production, lighting, sound and performance provided to the highest standards and quality.

All musicians in The Drifters band are world class as can be seen on our website. If you are paying money to see any line up or band whose members are not the people displayed on this site or are not managed by Prism Music Group Ltd, THEY ARE NOT THE LEGITIMATE DRIFTERS. Our group are the only group authorised to perform under the registered Trademark; The Drifters®

We sincerely apologise if you have lost money at any inferior productions and would ask you to let us know and your local Trading Standards Office or its equivalent worldwide as soon as possible if you see or hear of these. Please DO come and see a true performance of The Drifters endorsed by such people as Marshall Arts, Kennedy Street and other leading promoters and agents worldwide.

Flattery is the best form of compliment, therefore a true TRIBUTE to The Drifters will advertise and inform its patrons that they are merely a tribute and as such, this is reflected in the price of tickets for such performances.
